Initial Evaluation (90 minutes): $325
Regular session (55 minutes): $200

Out-of-network reimbursement:
Many plans provide benefits for members seeing therapists who are not in their networks. If I’m out-of-network, I ask that you pay me in full at the time of service. I will provide you with a universal claim form to submit to your plan. If you wish to submit to insurance, please consult your plan and ask the following:

Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental/behavioral health?

Do sessions with an out-of-network provider count toward my deductible or out-of-pocket maximum?

Is there a maximum number of sessions per year for these benefits?

Is prior authorization required to see an out-of-network provider?

CANCELLATION POLICY —
​
I require 48 hours to change or cancel an appointment. I charge a fee for late cancellations and no-shows. I do not charge if we’re able to reschedule an appointment during the same work week.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED —
I accept all major credit cards and HSA cards, checks, cash, and Zelle.

TELETHERAPY —
​
I conduct teletherapy in Washington and California . I provide Coaching for Personal Growth to clients in any location.
Please be aware that insurance companies may stop reimbursing for teletherapy at any time, including prior to the lifting of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.
